See if you have not filled your JEE-Main 2022 application form yet and today you are getting your newly issued EWS certificate then yes you can definitely upload it in your JEE-Main 2022 application form to avail all the benefits of EWS category reservation.

But if the case is like you have already submitted the JEE-Main 2022 application form with self undertaking/declaration in lieu of an EWS certificate then there is no need to submit your EWS certificate now, keep it with you and you will have to submit it during the time of admission i.e. in the month of July/August 2022, for now you are eligible for all reservation benefits just from that self undertaking(if you have uploaded that in JEE-Main 2022 application form).
