We usually learn about the management fundamentals in MBA. People usually have this question in mind when we see or hear about anyone doing an MBA. Most people will think that the management fundamentals will be more useful if learnt from practical experience.
But in case of the present scenario, theoretical knowledge is also essential. Lets say you took 10 years to learn something without any theoretical knowledge and the same thing, you tend to learn in a two year course, if not more. Then which thing will be more beneficial. Off course, a two year degree course, that in addition will add the following abbreviation to your name in the name plate “MBA”
Usually, we study about - Principles of Management, Accounting, Different types of management, Personnel management, HR, Banking and Finance etc.
