The final cutoffs will be released after the second phase of JEE Mains would be conducted in April. If you happen to sit for the second phase of the examination as well, then Best of the Two would be considered for final merit list.
On the basis of the percentile obtained in this attempt and your category, you stand a good chance to get admission in an NIT. However, the branch and the NIT would depend on the relative performance of other students interested for that course. It also depends on category and state quota (HS/ OS).
