Hello aspirant,
If you are a general category student, then 350 marks in NEET UG is pretty low considering the cutoffs from the previous years and the maximum marks of 720 scores by the topper in 2020. Keeping that mind, you have a low chance at getting into the government and private colleges using the all India Quota Seats (15%). Since you have a domicile of West Bengal, you have a fair chance at getting some of the low ranked government MBBS and BDS colleges with the State Quota Seats (85%).
You haven't mentioned your rank in your question so it will be difficult to predict with absolute certainty. You can check the link here for more details: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-west-bengal

Hi
You have not mentioned the category you belong to, so I am assuming you from general category
It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks/rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But yes dear aspirant,
When we go through past year cut off data, then with 350 marks your chances of getting a seat in government medical college is very low
For example,
In Neet 2019,the lowest marks that got a seat in Government Medical College for general category under west Bengal state quota was 518 marks and it was for COOCHBEHAR GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL
With your marks you might get a seat in private medical college and deemed universities for which you can check your chances at
