You will have ample of opportunities after the completion of Mch as super speciality degree is more or less the acme in the academic front for a medical practitioner and it brings lot of name recognition, also opens lots of career opportunities for you. You can open your own clinic, in case if serving people is the prime driving force for you, then getting a government job will be a great option for you .That being said the monetary compensation for doctors in government hospitals, especially for an MCh degree holder, is catching up fast.
