If you believe that you are extremely strong in biology than computer science, then I would advise you to take up Medicine. But for that you will have to clear NEET for which you will have to be good at physics, biology and chemistry.

But in the other hand if you prefer computer science over biology then CSE would be the best choice.
To get CSE in the top government universities (NITs, IITs) you will have to clear JEE for which you will have to be extremely good at maths, physics and chemistry. But If u prefer some private universities over the government ones, it would be a much easier task.

My advise would be medicine, because there wouldn't be any physics in your college.

But incase of engineering, you will have to learn physics again in your first year (no matter what course your opt).

I hope you make a wise and passionate decision!!

All the best!!

See, if you want to study Computer Science in the future, you'll have to get through High School Physics.

If you want to pursue medical science, then again you'll have to study physics in school.

The only way of 'escaping' physics will be by choosing the commerce stream, which I don't think k you want to.

I'd say, study PCB in high school, and in Medical entrance exams, the physics is not very tough. You'll get to the level required easily if you focus on basic concepts.
