Hello Reshmi,
I feel that if you make a time table you have to follow it strictly and most of us fails to do this. But the situation vary individually. You can make a time table but you have to stick to that with full dedication. Your time table should be like all subject mentioned inside it but with the time period according to your hands nad grip on the subjects. Like Maths require practice so it would take time obviously , Physics is the subject of concept and their implementation computer language if any require logical concept, so prepare accordingly. And your time table must include intervals for refreshing as well. Complete your sleep because it'll refresh your mind. And you must take care of your apptite also.

Hello,
Well, there is no particular time table when it comes to prepare for such competitive examinations. There are some students that crack the exam while studying for 6-8 hours while other do it in 12-14 hours so if depend from person to person. So, first thing i want to tell you is that focus on your boards too because its equally important. And for JEE i want you to understand what your potential is and what hard-work you need to crack the exam. But anyway one thing is sure that you will have to devote yourself in the studies.
I hope this helps.
