What chapters of physics and mathematics of class 11 and 12 should I be good at before starting engineering? Since I have lots of time before starting my first year of college, I would like to review the chapters.

Well in BTech's first year irrespective of the branches or your specialization, the subjects thought are the same. Physics and chemistry are there which mainly include Molecular orbital theory and Bond Theory as the basics. And in Physics very general idea of your 12th syllabus would work as well.
In Mathematics you need to practice, P&C, differentiation, and Integration a lot. They literally stick to mathematics 2 in the next semester.
