For college interviews, there is no set rules to follow on what clothes one should wear as they are considered as more informal than formal. But inorder to look good and presentable one can dress in formals i.e., formal shirt and trousers or pant. If you are boy then please remember to shave and groom yourself well. If you are girl you can also wear salwar suit traditional dress. As the attire matters a lot for going to give an interview. And be confident.

For interview you should consider formal combination of blazer and blouse. This combination is best for any interview situation. You can wear a navy blue blazer with a button down shirt to match a business outlook that looks simple and sober but outmatches every style of formal wear.

Faculty and management at Christ University is really strict about the dress code and how you present yourself. They will not allow you inside the campus wearing anything but, salwar kameez with dupatta ( dupatta being important and no leggings )
If you get selected, you will have to specifically wear indian formals throughout the term of course.
I would suggest you wear the basic indian formal dress for your personal interview to avoid the confusion and hurdles.
