Hello aspirant,
IITs administration have fixed some cutoff marks which must be fetch by candidate in each subject to be included in jee advance rank list.if any candidate fail to fetch that cutoff mark in any subject then he/she is not included in rank list.
In Sc category minimum cutoff fixed by IITs is 5 marks but it may decrease if relative performance of students are low.
Last year for sc category combined  revised cutoff for all 3 subject is 12.5.so students have to secure this minimum marks to be included in cutoff.
For more information regarding cutoff of jee advance you can visit https://www.google.com/amp/s/engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-advanced-cutoff/amp
Hope this helps you.
Good luck for jee advance.
