As you the competition is increasing seriously, the student scoring more 95% has reached more than 12k in cbse and more than 72k got more than 90% in recent years. The rise of cutoffs in DU depends on the applicants marks who has applied for admission. This year, cutoff will rise only if more and more candidates get good percentages like 95%+ or 90%+ then only the competition for seats in DU will increase.

This can't be ascertained as of now. It for sure depends on the difficulty of the class 12th boards papers and how many students are able to score the highest marks in the whole country. Du cutoffs sees an ample rise by .25-1 percent each year. but this is still not final. Once boards declares the results, then it can be ascertained with regard to the cutoffs and if there will be an increase or no.
