In 2018, the last candidate to get in through 85% State Quota in Chhattisgarh had a score of 458 which corresponded to an AIR of 40,082 and bagged him a seat in
Govt. Medical College, Ambikapur.
Considering he cutoff to be slightyl raised owing to the easier level of paper, it's expected that the the cutoff this year might just be near to 480 for the UR Category Students.

An exact cutoff is not predictable now.
Every year the cutoffs will vary based on the difficulty level of exam, no of applicants, no of seats available etc.
You can refer the previous year cutoffs to understand the trend.
In 2018 under general category the cutoff varied between 467-509
In 2017 it varied between 528-463
