What could be the least score in aiims 2019 for SC category to get a chance in any of aiims?

Hello,
As year you category which you have mentioned let me let you first that admission varies depending on level of examination and competition but generally 90+ mark is sufficient to get AIIMS.
For AIIMS delhi 110 will be required.But still i would say study hard and try to score as much as possible to eliminate the potential risk.
