It depends on your interest. If you are interested in studying more then you can go for M.Tech or PhD. Many students also choose to do MBA after Btech as it helps a lot in this corporate world. If you are financially strong then you can do MS from foreing universities. Or you can start a startup of your own.

There are several courses you can do after BTech.
1) MBA: Most popular course that students go for, after Btech. You have to clear CAT exam for it.
2) M.Tech: You can specialize in a subject. You have to clear GATE exam for it.
3) Civil Services: You can study for UPSC exams.
