Myself being a BTech student, I would tell that any course in BTech will fetch you a highly paid job.

Select the course depending on your interest.



Mechanical engineering is the evergreen field. If you are interested in designing automobiles, or something related to machines, then go for this.



Coming to computer science, the technology keeps changing every year, so you should also change accordingly.



Then comes the Electrical & Electronics, where you will deal with electrical components and electronic components.



Then Electronics and communication, here you will have an option to work either in IT sector or Core sector.



And finally civil engineering, if you are interested in having your own company/job, and don't like to work under others, go for it.



There's aerospace engineering, chemical engineering,Biotechnology engineering etc...

Everything has the highest demand. It only depends on the way you change according to the change in technology.
