Well it depends on what you have study in your class 12th if you are a science student then you can go for normal BSc course and choose any of the BSc subject is your optional in the UPSC mains exam in case of arts student you can go for bachelor of arts therefore without knowing the stream in your class 12 so we cannot write you but be normal degree course is suggested because doing professional courses does not mean anything because as your final goal is to become IAS.
