what course is best is after 12 grade

This is an open ended question because you need to mention the subjects you studies in your 12th grade. For a science student, B.Tech or B.Sc courses are preferred, for a medical student, MBBS or B.Sc is medical subjects is preferred and same for a student with Commercial studies will go for B. Com.
