Dear Priya, this is a question that needs to be answered based on the field that you want to cater to.

1.If you want to become a registered counsellor, mere having a Masters degree in Psychology doesn't qualify you as a counsellor either in a Clinical setting or an Organizational setting. You need to have a license to be able to Counsel. To practise legally as a Psychologist, you need to register yourself with Rehabilitation Counsel of India (RCI). If you want to pursue a career in Clinical Psychological Counselling, you should obtain a M.Phil from RCI

2. If you want to pursue a career in adult mental health and also psychological disorders in children by being able to carry out accademic and clinical assessments in various settings then Clinical Psychology is for you. However this course needs lot of practical assessments and so its advised you attend the classes when required.

3. Organizational Psychology is the application of psycholoical principles to solve problems at workplace and improve quality of life.

4. Sports Psychology is an evolving subject of interest in India that helps in addressing the psychological factors that improve athletic performance.

Below is the list of the universities that offers MA in Psychology:

Acharya Nagarjuna University

Andhra University

IGNOU

Barkatullah University

Karnataka State Open University

Nalanda Open University

Osmania University

Uttaranchal Open University

University of Mumbai.

you can choose based on the field of your interest.

Dear Priya, its a beautiful career graph that you have got there! How about taking a 2 year M.Phil Course from a University that is recognised by the Rehabilitation Council Of India? That actually allows you to practise as a certified Clinical Psychologist. With your B.Ed, it may come handy if you ever want to pursue a teaching career. I am myself a Psychologist and I have friends who need my help from time to time. Mental Health is one field that has opened a box of opportunities in India now given the awareness of seeking help when in need. With your qualification, I dont see a reason why it cant brighten your possibilities of opportunities. Good luck!

Dear Priya, you can pursue M.Phil from any University that is recognised by RCI. That is good enough. If you want to me to further filter those universities for you, I will need the state form which you want to pursue your M.Phil.
