Each state conducts their own pgmet exam. Since you have not mentioned your state I cannot give you an exact answer. For example the Tamilnadu pgmet will be conducted in the month of February 2020. Candidates can start applying in the month of January 2020. But it differs from state to state. If you can comment below which state you belong to , then I would be able to answer your question.
