Hello,

NEET exam is conducted for the admission in MBBS and BDS course for several government and private medical colleges, whereas AIIMS exam is given to get Admission in any of the branch of AIIMS college, there a total of 7 branches of AIIMS in the country, with qualifying AIIMS exam you can only get admission in Any of the college of AIIMS, while if you qualify NEET exam then you can get Admission in any of the government or private medical college of India for MBBS or BDS.

NEET exam is conducted offline whole AIIMS exam is conducted Online, there are a total of 180 MCQs asked in NEET exam while a total of 200 MCQs in AIIMS exam.
