Keeping in mind that there are many universities which are offering specialised undergraduate courses in Artificial Intelligence and machine learning, so you can look for that as well.
2. Second method is the one which will be mandatory during your undergraduation and even once you finish it. This is because there is tons and tons of study material regarding these kinds of topics. You can search for youtube videos of AI, machine leanring which is the basis of Artificial Intelligence.

Going for a specific diploma or a bachelor's degree solely depends on your interest.
