What do I have to do if I want to be a food inspector and I am in BSc Agri
Dear Student,
After completion of your degree in BSc Agriculture or any bachelors from medicine stream you have to give exam for food inspector which is held by various state and central governments.If you want to go in government job you can apply for UPSC national level food inspector exam this exam is conducted in every districts of each state which contains technical and aptitude questions.You are eligible to this exam if your age is between 18-42 years and have bachelors degree in medicine stream +1year training in food inspection or you can also apply in various private food processing companies.

Here is the eligibility criteria for becoming food inspector:
To become Food Inspector a candidate needs to be Graduate in any discipline.
Skills are required to become Food Inspector-
1. Candidate should be physically fit so that he/she may be able to complete field works.
2.Good sight so that they are able to check food quality by inspection and smell and he should be efficient to recognize its colour and odour
3. The candidate must be physically and psychologically prepared to work .
4. Age limit for Food Inspector is 18-42 years and qualification is Graduate.
