Hi, now that you know your rank you are supposed to attend do counseling on the date that has been allotted to you, and there you will get to know which all branches you can get and in which campus. But till then if you want to know which all branches you can get and in which campuses with your rank, you can check out the following link-

What if I somehow not able to attend the counselling session ?

It is compulsory to attend the counseling. But if for some reasons you cannot, then call in the campus office and tell them your problem, they might just help you out.
