The fee that you to pay  only for your course is the course fee, this may be of 6 months or annually which varies with different instutions.

Course fee maybe refered to tution fee or semester fee,it is not for total for four years it maybe per year or per semester it is based on college and the course/branch you select.

It does not include the hostel fee.Hostel fee is not calculated in course fee it is taken/considered as seperate and other charges like admission fee or other extra fee is calculated based on the college.Some colleges inlclude them in tution fee but few of them don't include in tution fee.
