Hi aspirant

This is a bit difficult to predict the cutoff marks  to get a seat in AIIMS
This is because,
it is the first time ever when AIIMS Delhi and other AIIMS will be providing admission in MBBS through neet also required will depend upon various factors like kind of marks obtained by students in the examination , toughness level of the neet examination, number of students that appeared in NEET examination etc.
Also, seats are very limited in AIIMS,
keeping these things in mind you should target around 650- 680 marks at least in your neet examination if you want to get a seat in Aiims if you belong to general category

Thank you
