Hello Manish Gupta,
Following documents are necessary for ex.serviceman category counselling,
- Call Letter/ Hall Ticket/ Admit Cards of NEET-UG 2021 exam provided byNTA,
- Score card issued by NTA
- Date of Birth Certificate (if Metric Certificate does not bear the same)
- SSLC Certificate (for date of birth) and Marksheet
- HSC Marks Sheet
- Eight (8) Passport size photograph same as affixed on the application form.
- Provisional allotment letter generated on-line
