Candidates must keep the following information and documents ready before filling the application form of NEET 2018.Below is the list:



  • Identity (ID) Proof
  • Name, Date of Birth and Gender (As per Aadhar Card)
  • Mothers and Fathers Name (As per Class 10 Certificate)
  • Mobile Number and E-mail Address
  • Digital Photograph and Signature
