NTA has released the NEET 2020 application form on December 2, 2019. You should keep the certain details and documents ready before filling the NEET application form.
- A valid mobile number
- A valid email address
- Class 10 details and Class 12 details (Marksheet, certificate, school details etc)
- Correct spelling of Father and Mother's name
- Aadhaar number (last 4 digits only)
- Class 12 Roll number issued by the Board/Election Card (EPIC No.), Passport Number, ration card number, bank account or any other valid Govt. identity number
- Scanned images of passport-sized photograph, and signature and other documents (if applicable).
- Credit/Debit card or Net Banking details (for online payment)
Important Documents to be retained till admission:
Printout of NEET 2020 confirmation page
Proof of payment of application fee
6 to 8 copies of photograph uploaded
Copy of system generated Self-Declaration in respect of candidate from J&K who have opted for seats under 15% All India Quota
Original documents will be required during the counselling process.

Please clear us that is it anyone or is it about the student of plus 2 science stream.
Anyone who has did this till age 25 can give neet
If you were not a science student Sorry to say "You cannot give NEET".

List of Documents Required for NEET-UG
The candidate has to bring their original documents (along with attested photocopies of certificates) for admission in MBBS BDS course.
Call Letter/ Hall Ticket/ Admit Cards of NEET-UG exam provided by CBSE.
Result/ Rank letter issued by CBSE.
Date of Birth Certificate (if Metric Certificate does not bear the same)
Class 10thCertificate (for date of birth)
Class 10+2 Certificate
Class 10+2 Marks Sheet
Eight (8) Passport size photograph same as affixed on the application form.
Provisional allotment letter generated on-line.
Proof of identity.

Candidates are advised here that before going to apply for NEET 2018, must check the eligibility criteria prescribed by the competent authority. Based on available information and facts, the following information is gathered:
Sharing you the Eligibility criteria:-
- The applicant should have an Indian nationality or OCI i.e. Overseas Citizen of India.
- He or she must have an age within 17 to 25 years as on 31st December of the admission year.
- Also, for reserved applicants, can have a maximum age limit of 30 years.
- For qualifying, he should have 12th standard examination certificate or equivalent examination from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology & Mathematics.
- Either he or she should have any other elective subjects with English
- To be eligible for this criteria, he or she should have a minimum 50% in PCB group [40% for SC/ST/OBC and 45% for General PH]
The application charges depend on two different categories:
- For SC/ST/PH- Rs 550/- [Rs 1550/- with late fee]
- For General/OBC- Rs 1000/- [Rs 2000/- with late]

- Identity (ID) Proof-Aadhar would be preferred as verification is easily done
- Mobile number and email address
- Photo and digital signature
Documents to be preserved after filling the NEET application
- Proof of payment of application fee
- Confirmation page generated after submission of NEET 2018 Application Form
- Copy of system generated self-declaration (for candidates from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and J&K who wish to appear for All India Quota)
- Admit Card of NEET 2018
