F ollowing below is the list of documents that you will require during the Bihar Neet UG admission:

• Original NEET admit card 2021

• Passing certificate/mark sheet/admit card of class 10 or equivalent exam

• Class 12 or equivalent exam passing certificate/mark sheet/admit card

• Neet Scorecard

• Residential certificate

• Caste certificate (if applicable)

• Six copies of passport size photograph which were used in registration process

• Printout of Bihar MBBS application form 2021

(i) Original Admit Card of NEET(UG)-2021

(ii) Original Score Card of NEET(UG)-2021

(iii) Passing Certificate / Mark sheet / Admit Card of Matric / equivalent exam.

(iv) Passing Certificate / Mark sheet / Admit Card of Intermediate/ 10+2 / equivalent exam.

(v) Residential Certificate. signed by RO/Countersigned by SDO

(vi) Caste Certificate. signed by RO/Countersigned by SDO

(vii) All the Certificate / documents in original as per the requirements of admissions in Private Medical / Dental Colleges

. (viii) Six copies of the passport size photographs, which was pasted on the Admit Card of NEET(UG)-2021.

(ix) Downloaded print of Online filled Application Form (Part A & Part B) of UGMAC-2021.

(x) Aadhar Card.

(xi) Any other documents required (if any) such as DQ (PH)/ SMQ / EWS Certificate etc.
