What documents are required during verification after 1st round of nchm counselling?????
Dear Mudit,
If you are allotted a seat, you will have to deposit the Fee of INR 40,000, inclusive of first-semester fee of INR 38,500 + counselling charges of 1,500) online. After that you will be able to download the seat allotment letter (provisional) and will be required to report to reporting centre for document verification. Majorly, you will be required to produce following documents at the time of document verification:

Provisional Seat Allotment Letter.

Class 12 passing certificate/mark sheet, if you do not yet have that, you will be provisionally admitted, but will be required to produce the Class 12 certificate/marksheet on or before September 30, 2018.
Class 10 certificate for proof of age.
Physical Fitness Certificate (given in Annexure 1). Check the link below.
Category Certificate (if applicable).
A copy of duly attested
NCHMCT JEE 2018 admit card
