Birth Certificate or Passport
High School marks sheet
10+2 qualifying examination marks sheet
recent coloured passpost sixed photograph
candidate's signature
category certificate for students belonging to SC/ST/OBC category
disability certificate for differently abled candidates
special category certificate of bihar, Dependent of freedom fighter of bihar and kashmir migrant
nri/nri sponsored candidate
domicile certificate under state quota

hello bhargav, for filling form u need marksheets of 12th, birth certificate, recent photograph, candidate signature, Category Certificate for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC category, Disability Certificate for Physically handicapped candidates, Domicile certificate under State Quota (if applicable). study hard good luck
