2. Marksheets of class 10th and 12th

3. Passing certificates of class 10th and 12th along with migration certificate.

4. Allotment letter

5. Admit card of NEET exam

6. Domicile certificate for state quota

7. Category certificate if applicable

8. Physically handicapped certificate if applicable

9. Demand draft of the fees if demanded by the college.

10. Online payment receipt.
