When reporting for admission at the allotted institute, the candidate must bring the following documents with them:
- NEET UG 2019 admit card
- NEET UG 2019 scorecard
- Pass certificate of Class 10 and 10+2
- Mark sheet of Class 10
- West Bengal MBBS 2018 provisional seat allotment letter
- Valid ID proof. (School or College ID card/Voter ID card/Aadhar card/Passport)
- Medical Certificate from Registered Medical Allopathic Practitioners
- Verification slip generated during pre-counselling phase.
- Final verification slip generated after the document verification.
- Category certificate
- Orthopaedic Physical Disability Certificate issued by a medical board of IPGMER Kolkata. Certificate issued by other authorities will not be accepted
