NEET Admit Card copy

Class 10 th certificate and mark sheet - for date of birth

Class 12 th certificate and mark sheet

ID proof - (PAN Card/ AadharCard/ Passport Driving License)

Provisional Allotment Letter copy

Caste Certificate - If applicable

8 passport size photos

PwD Certificate - If applicable

NRI or OCI students appearing for Deemed Universities should submit the additional  documents given below

  • Sponsorship Affidavit letter
  • Passport Copy of Sponsored Certificate and Embassy Certificate.
  • Relationship Affidavit Copy
