Everyone is eligible for counselling ,and rank mean you have scored very less,and you will not get nit iiit and govt.college.

You can get college but only private one ,not any college.

You can get admission in many colleges but those colleges may not be as good as nit and 2lac+rank means you have got that rank amongst 15lac students if you're qualified that is your score is above 74in general category then you can apply for NITS
