what does float ,freeze in mht cet counselling?

Hi Mohsin,
For instance, If you like the option which you got in first round of counseling you can freeze the option.
Else if you wanna change it you can put float option for further rounds.
NOTE : if you put float option you either will get the same college as before or the above colleges of your current (college) option.
