what does mean by cut off ,is it mean that below that no you are not selected.

Hi,

I would like to answer your query. Cutoff generally means the minimum marks which are set by the exam conducting body to provide admissions to the various courses. In order to be eligible for the admissions, you need to get more than the cutoff marks. Below cut-off marks you will be declared as disqualified.
