What does total fees Rs. 49.50 lakhs means? Does it for management seat fee?

Hello!
Normally, the term total fees refers to the fees covering all academic years of college/ an institution. For example, if your course is of four years, and your fee is 25K per annum, your total fees would said to be Rs.1lakh andnormally these fees do not include hostel/accomodation and mess fees.
