What fees would a Portfolio Manager charge for the services he offers to his customers?

The SEBI (Portfolio Managers) Regulations, 2020 provide that the Portfolio Manager will charge a fee for the rendering of portfolio management services in compliance with the customer agreement. However, no upfront fees are paid directly or indirectly to the customers by the Fund Manager.
