The eligibility criteria for SSC CGL is that:
- Any graduate candidate in any discipline can apply for the SSC CGL exam.
- Also, the candidates who are appearing for their final year exams can apply for SSC CGL.
- The age of the candidates needs to be between 18 years to 32 years.
So, a second year student can not appear in the examination. You need to be in the final year of graduation or have completed your graduation to appear for the exam.
