It is not possible that the English language is not available in the Jee Mains examination. There are two languages in the Jee Mains: English and Hindi, for those who do not choose any other regional languages.
But if you have any type of problem regarding the languages or questions presented on display, you can ask them immediately to your invigilator without any hesitation. but you have to choose the language as English while filling out the form.
