what happened when I fail in board practical exam but I attained all practical exam and get highest marks in theory board examination. I declared fail or pass

If you get failed in practicals then you will be declared fail even if you get passing marks in your theory exams. But don't worry your teacher will give you passing marks. You may get less marks but you won't fail. Generally the teachers are very lenient in the marking system of practicals. So prepare hard for boards examination.
