Imagine you took admission in X college during first round of counselling but you are not satisfied yet and you feel that you can get a better college in second round of counselling.

Then you have to fill an upgradation form during admission in X college which means if you get admission in some better college, you can leave this one.

Dear Aspirant, if you proceed to upgrade your seats in Medical Counseling then you will be alloted a seat of Higher Preference given by you. If your seat are not upgraded then your earlier seat will be retained. I hope you are clear now. If you have any other doubts feel free to ask. All The Best!!!
