So , to answer your question , its yes , your seat might get cancelled if you fail to self report online. The provisional seat allotment will be considered null if any candidate fails to self report through online process and pay the fees on or before the deadline.
The date for self reporting has been extended , so you should definitely get yourself enrolled so that you don't miss it out.

If you will not attend any conselling section then your seat will given to the next candidate. And yes your seat will cancel. So you have to be self reported.
