If someone without caution or by mistake fills up or encircles the OMR sheet with their wrong date of birth then probably the OMR scanning and recording system would notice the anomaly due to the fact that your entered date of birth wouldn't match with the one in their system that you entered while filling up the application form and thus this might result into getting your candidature cancelled but that's not very  likely to happen if all the other credentials were accurately marked by you.
