Hi Rahul,I attend for certificate verification.I booked my slot at 5 30 at JNTU kukatpally,I reached there at 4 00 but they are not checking time at all.My cv completed by 4 45.The process held so smooth.So this mean if u go to the centre at morning 9 or 10 your cv will get completed (Time doesn't matter there)They are not checking the date too.Only they ask is to show the msg but they r not checking it too.You can go at any time in mentioned dates for cvThry will ask u to show the msg but they don't take it serious even if u r not having the msg with u (saying having no mobile phone)

you should book your slot in the date provided by government and should complete your documentation verification in that interval or else you face many problems in future and it takes many days again for you to do process i.e you need to go to masab tank and submit documents big process it be , so i suggest you to book your slot and go and attend documentation without fail
