what happens when i am not able to submit central sc certificate on time after allotment of seat in 1st round in josaa counselling as making central sc certificate required time but i have my sc certificate of bihar? what should i do ?

With reference to your query, I would glad inform you that at the time of admission you can submit the undertaking that you have applied for central certificate and would be available at the time of document verification , but yes at the time of document you should have to be present with all the original certificates with no excuses
