So actually you are asking that what if you don't pay your remaining fee after accepting your seat through josaa counseling then in that case the iit you are taking admission in will not consider your admission as complete and refund of your seat acceptance fee will be according to their refund rules you can enquire about the same by contacting the iit you are concerned about.
