If the questions in CLAT are wrongly framed and the mistakes are officialy accepted by the exam conducting authority,then either
-
the answer key is rectified and the scores of students are revised. Those who marked the correct answer are alloted marks and those who marked the wrong answer get a deduction in their marks. Those who did not attempt get no change.

Or, the incorrectly framed question is eliminated and the scores for all the candidates are adjusted accordingly.
