You can make corrections in the AP EAMCET application from during the correction window but only few changes are allowed. If you want to make changes in the qualifying exam hall ticket you cannot do it through correction window. You  will have to request the authorities through an email and will also have to send valid documents as proof. The authorities will check the request and accordingly process it if the documents are valid. The valid document required is your qualifying examination hall ticket.
